No, not regularly at all. In fact, my hand lugggage has only ever been weighed once in MEX on a full summer flight -so I can only assume it's when they anticipate serious weight/balance issues, or if your bag looks very heavy. It's certainly not like with Monarch where every piece of hand luggage gets weighed and tagged 'approved' at check in.
