stevie-d, sorry to hear about the poor service. That is not what you would expect at all. I'd write to BA to complain. The CCR is supposed to the the pinnacle of BA's service on the ground, and what you've described really doesn't meet with those expectations.

Have to agree about the F lounge, although not sure I agree about the Englishman's taste for service. I enjoy the Australian style of service, much more friendly, but professional.
