Yes, there are both lockers and a storage room at ZRH at the service centre.

From the landside centre (where the station is) take the escalator to the top floor as if you are heading to check in 2 but turn right rather than heading over the bridge. You'll see the service centre and the bag storage is down a corridor behind the service centre.

Alternatively there are also storage lockers at the train station. You'll need coins for them, typically 5 CHF for 24 hours.
