I guess it is a matter of taste. The soup was bland, the fish was a big piece of white cotton-like boring matter, the dessert was random. Nothing to write home about. No effort on quality, not worthy of international business. To be honest, on a recent flight on CO in BusinessFirst it was similarly uninteresting.
On the other hand, I found the food, drinks and service on KLM or AF to be way better.
