DW called last night about a problem with an international award stay. It showed up in her history that she had stayed, but she didn't get a stay/nights credit or the points for the incidentals-this is a common problem for her for international trips. The Diamond Desk agent spent a good ten minutes telling her all the things she (the agent) couldn't do and trying to get my wife off the phone. My wife got a supervisor on the phone who had it fixed in minutes.
She has 1.5m Hilton points in her bank and is diamond every year, but I'm seriously thinking of telling her to move to Hyatt and we can just burn the points over time.
