Surprisingly for FT I have no membership with any hotel programme and I thought that it's time I sold my soul to another loyalty card.

Does anyone have any recommendation on the one that would work best with earning miles for BAEC? Or is this in general an inefficient use of hotel points?

Over the next few months I'm looking at quite a few short stays (one or two nights) if this has any bearing on earning potential.

Having had a look at BAEC's partners Starwood, HHonours and Priority Club seem to offer the best properties for my needs/budget.
