Ah, so charter flights only, not really bookable then for revenue or award.

Well, hopefully they will be turned into regular proper scheduled flights soon, that will give the option of PVG (MU) in addition to ICN (KE) and NRT, KIX and NGO (DL) to connect to when flying out of HNL to the rest of the world (esp. for award flights, as for awards flying via US49 on DL is virtually impossible).
