I would value them at $0.015/pt or even a little more (so $270+/night), but only for the nights I know I can redeem in the next 24 months in beneficial situations. After that, I assume that they'll be devalued, so I value the rest at a lot less.

For me, because I also have Hilton and ICG points, my cutoff is 100k points. Once I get above that, I start spending them on even the marginal stuff like the stay you're contemplating.
