WOW!! I was checking out of the GH SF this morning and was told the same - they also couldn't apply the GCs (Capital One) that I was planning on paying with - offered to apply if I left it with them - I declined saying that I'll just use it elsewhere and that it would be better for both the property and myself to worry about correctly applying them etc.

I wonder if the outage only affects Hyatt since Opera does provide services to other chains - particularly I noted that the Grande Bretagne in Athens (Starwood) uses this system also.
