Co Certs are in the system and the Preview site now. I expect they will be live for everyone on 07/29/11 when the changes on Preview are expected to go live. I have used a CR1 online, and a SWU (2011)(standby) on the phone. Note that officially the phone agents cant help with them until 07/29 so YMMV.
