I will admit to never having had a problem so far [touch wood] but I'm immensely reassured by this whole thread. It all sounds like an impressive performance by BA in this department.

We have a matching pair of 'spinner' Samsonites with protruding wheels ... and I would hate to lose them. A couple of photos will be taken before the next trip, just in 'case'
