I'm sorry but I find some of this letter hard to believe - "are you a porn star" for instance.

As the OP says, BA has hundreds of gay employees - many (if not most) of whom are cabin crew. It sponsors the London Gay Pride event, and has a very strong diversity programme which all staff go through.

I think there's something else behind this - perhaps not getting a free upgrade after asking for one because it's their honeymoon ......

But to accuse BA staff of being homophobic is quite frankly laughable.
