Yeah, the MTA subway drivers do some odd things, like not wait for people to transfer between local/express trains that are stopped across the platform...except when they do. The other day, I was on a 5 train that the driver stopped at every station to wait for the 6 train. As a result, the express train was no faster than the local. Weird.
