Same for me also, case arrived off a flight from SYD with the side handle missing. It spoke to a very helpful gentleman at the luggage desk and happily admitted that my case was only a cheap one that cost about £50. I was more than happy when a new Antler case of similar size but, acording to Google, with an RRP of nearly £200 arrived at my house 3 days later! ^
