BB: Just a couple of things you may like to add to the SAS entry:

- Upgrade to Gold after 50 Business Class sectors, or 50 full-fare domestic flights.

- If you have a SAS Travel Pass (unlimited), like what I have, you are given immediate Gold (+ 50% discount for spouse travel - but that is a different story).

- SAS Gold's now have access to all British Midland Lounges in the UK, not just Heathrow.
