Looking to fly return London - Bangkok

In pricing it up on the BA website, I am offered a BA flight,and also, at pretty much the same time in each direction (so nothing to choose there), a flight which is obviously a Qantas code share.

The price is exactly the same for both, so, whats to choose in terms of comfort, service and miles I'd get? As the title says, this is for Premium Economy class.
