We were not offered an upgrade for THIS FLIGHT please read carefully !What I said that IN THE PAST we refused upgrades so we wouldn't leave our kids unattended.
The "read carefully" does get a bit annoying, just have a bit of patience, as I learned today, it can take a bit to relize what you read.
