All the contracted hotels are booked up. They just simply said .... too bad.
Are they
obligated? I do not think so. But I could be wrong. If I found a room, they told me to send in receipt and they "might" reimburse.
edited to add: lol....actually, my thread was meant to be about the last notice of the improper loading of cargo, not that United ditched up to 200 pax last night.
