Was check in quick and efficient? N/A-Transfer from YEG
Did you use priority security (if eligible) and if so, was it quick and efficient? N/A-Landed in YYZ and walked miles to the Intl Gate
Did you use the Maple Leaf lounge and if so, any feedback in regards to service, food and drinks? YYZ-Intl. Fairly busy for that late at night. I had a good dinner in J cabin coming in from YEG so I didn't bother eating anything in the MLL, just relaxed.
Was priority boarding offered (if applicable to your status) and efficient? The gate area was packed but the Priority Boarding was clearly laid out and I got on very quickly.
If there was a delay, did the gate agent provide timely updates? N/A

Onboard - J cabin:
Were the crew professional & well groomed? Absolutely Fantastic as I said in a stand alone thread on this forum. I am going to write a hand written letter to Air Canada about the service I received from YYZ-SCL. There is a crew change in SCL and that crew was pretty good. Again I posted a thread about the hotness of one of the female FAs
If there was a delay, were you provided with timely updates? N/A
Was the IFE activated on the ground? Yes
Was a pre-departure beverage offered on the ground? Yes, OJ or Champagne at both YYZ and SCL
Did crew offer to hang your jacket? N/A
Were newspapers & menus distributed and meal orders taken (Please specify when meal orders were taken - on the ground or in the air)? Yes to all. Meal Orders taken once taken off.
Did crew offer a hot towel prior to the meal service? yes.
Approximately how long after take off did it take for the first meal service to be completed? (From takeoff to all items collected) about 2 hours.
How was the quality of all the meals? Excellent. I had the chicken and it was quite good. Chocolate Tart for dessert was good too.
Did the cabin crew continiously top up the beverage of your choice throughout the flight? Yes, as needed as it was a night flight.

Fanastic Crew and Service. Flight arrived pretty much on time. Probably the best experience I've had on AC
