I posted about a recent snafu in the JFK Airtrain (15 minute scheduled headways at 9am on Friday), but other than that, JFK is a much better system (though I still think the signage in the terminal stations could be vastly improved).
How is JFK's better (or, how is EWR's worse)?
Maybe my experience is more limited, but I've never had to take a bus at EWR, nor had to wait 20 minutes for the next train to the LIRR.
Though I will admit that NJT service to EWR sucks, for example, on the weekends (2 trains an hour that depart 10 mins apart, so be prepared to wait 50 minutes), but that's a NJT issue.
