On one of the few occasions that I have taken hold luggage to Dublin on AF from LCY it arrived damaged. Was quite annoyed when they gave me the name of a luggage store in town to "assess" the damage for repair but when I arrived it took less than two minutes to replace it with an identical model. The bag cost just about as much as the flight - £250.
