As a PremEx when there have been irrops I don't get booked on the next flight and have had to stay overnight several times. First you stated that she was with family and then you stated that she stayed at a hotel. She could go to the airport each day and be put on a standby list which will continue to roll over each flight. Her parents could have found another flight and gotten her home as well. I hope she has gotten out and is on her way home.
