can i enter the LH (international) lounge when i fly domestically in the US?

FTL here flying out of boston, frequently - unfortunately domestically in the US. since i tend to arrive very early at logan, i was wondering whether i can access their (yet to be reopened) business lounge in terminal E, although my flights tend to depart from B+C.
