Both of these happen when "common sense" is allowed to run rampant. Both lead to lawsuits and closed bars. So why allow your stupid, racist employees to get your place of business shut down? Card everyone.

I'm sure that levels of racism and stupidity among bartenders are similar to those among the general population.
