What always happens when bartenders are given free reign to use their "common sense":

1. Some male bartenders never card the good looking women, even when they are under 21
2. Some bartenders only card minorities

Both of these happen when "common sense" is allowed to run rampant. Both lead to lawsuits and closed bars. So why allow your stupid, racist employees to get your place of business shut down? Card everyone.
