They damaged mine on the way up to EDI in JUNE and because it was a Tumi and therefore considered 'expensive' they arranged for it to be collected and (hopefully) fixed.
I know this isn't BAs fault, but I'm still waiting to hear anything from them, having to contact Antler because of the brand, and it's been over 5 weeks now

The only contact I have with them is when I ring them!
I guess I should just go for cheaper bags in future and get it replaced within a few days

Briggs and Rily will fix their bags free of charge even if they are bust by the airline, possibly worth considering as an alternative.
