The charade about BA luggage desk in T5 asking how old the suitcase is, and even if it is a new suitcase within 2 years, their shaking their head and denying any claim based on their 'assessment' of the suitcase being older than 2 years is now changed? I had actually to locate a old Credit card statement to prove it.
