Call up WN and ask. You could also PM one of the WN reps on this site (southwestgabe, southwestwhit, etc) with the details of the flights, but you probably won't get an answer until at least tomorrow.

BTW, the rules for standard awards, earned before after the transition, did not change with respect to blackout dates. They are still capacity controlled, but no blackout dates exist.
