Others here have pointed out that when something goes wrong BA are good at handling the situation. No doubt this has been proven over the years, and it's one of the reasons I avoid LCCs for business travel. If something does go wrong I just don't have the time to fend for myself, and I trust that BA will take care of me in those very rare cases where things do not go according to plan.

Their no-fuss baggage replacement is just an example of how they take care of you.
