Checked in at FCO for my flight to MUC and was given the invitation to their contratc lounge!! Wow what a disappointment!!! The physical part of he lounge was great but the staff were really horrible. They were so busy gossiping that the food they laid out, perhaps reluctantly, was cold. Water had to be requested and another passenger was served wine in a glass which already had lipstick marks on it!! Tables were not cleaned for the 2 hours we were there and 3 people stayed on the computers for the whole time. In my travels, and that is quite a few lounges I have visited, the service is the worst I have seen. Bathrooms were not cleaned. Give me a RCC anytime!! LH should rethink thir attchments to this facility.
