Have never had a problem with my suitcases. Except once. If they don't arrive with me, they are put on the next flight out and lugged up to me place. Somehow it only happens in my last destination, Paris. Have no idea why. Though learnt a lesson, I keep my phone charges with me, since if they need to call me (an it has happened) I can have my cell charge.
