No. The only aircraft in the Airbus fleet at BA which have rafts are the A318 aircraft from City.

A319 and A320 would evacuate on to the wing, inflating your lifejacket once you have stepped outside the cabin on to the wing.

A321 would evacuate out of all exits above the waterline and use the evacuation slides as flotation devices and get as many people as possible on to the wing after evacuating them.
