Try and see if CO will open up seats on their EWR-SXM flight. From SXM, you can take a ferry (or a more expensive private boat/charter plane) to get you to Anguilla. Not quite as convenient as flying in to AXA but definitely a cheaper option than booking the Cape Air flight.
