Gosh, Hilton is complicated!

I decided to take a chance and book a single....
It offered me a nor1 upgrade - to Queen for 0 and to executive for a (small) fee.
I tried booking a queen, and it offers me the executive for 0.

I guess that's what my upgrade options are!
