We've got over 7 hours there, so we can afford to muck about and have an adventure.
(NH's schedules suck - only one flight per day from Osaka to NRT, and it's very early, but who wants to spend half the day getting from ITM to NRT?)

As for Changi, yes, it's pretty good for disabled access. The worst part is that almost no staff know where any of the disabled toilets are and they are not marked on any maps in the airport!
