my gut tells me you should leave 4:30, although logic tells me that's a bit early. I suspect you'd want to be there comfortably around 7 (though 7:30 should work) ....hour driving with no traffic puts you at 6, allow for the usual extras puts you at 5:30, and man I fear the traffic a bit at the verrazano and especially the belt.
