Well, the concierge provides fantastic service to NZ Gold Elites, especially to those in economy. When I've flown in economy as a GE, on a flight with a concierge, they make you feel like royalty. I thought it was absolutely amazing. But when I flew as a NZ gold and below, I also felt they didn't add much value, at least for me personally.
