I expected them to respond precisely as they did. My objective was not to reverse their decision, but rather to add a data point to their records regarding the high quality of service from the people in Dublin in comparison to other locations. It looks like that objective was achieved.
Hopefully, in combination with other feedback, the ultimate result will be higher-quality telephone service for EXPs in the future ^
