BA has given nothing. But I was at the lounge. Mostly I'm upset by ba's behaviour and the fact that they disappeared for nearly three hours, providing no remedy. I'm equally surprised that in this age, BA is not allocating any resources to provide social crm by monitoring such a major forum. Thumbs down BA. This experience will definitely play part in my choice of an airline.
Anyway, it wasn't so bad-just a night at the lounge.
