I would not suggest you to go via MAD. MAD is unreliable in terms of the aircraft type. Sometimes you'll get the notorious "7442" config with very out of date cradle business class seats.
These mad aircraft substitutions won't be as common on MAD in the future. It's been reported that MAD will soon get the 77W, and aircraft substitutions are not so easy to pull off when the airplanes require different sets of pilots.
