The way she shut down when the cell phone camera came up, it seemed clear to me that DL has a policy that its employees make every effort to avoid getting taped by Kettles with cameras. (kameras?)
And by the way, not sure about Minnesota, but surreptitious audio recordings are illegal in some states... though if they were in fact breaking a law by recording audio without her knowledge, they stopped breaking the law as soon as the camera was raised and it became clear that she was being taped. Nothing illegal about taping someone out in the open, in a public place (even without his/her consent).
