Yes, if someone who pull the fire alarm. It could be very serious trouble from the hotel manager. You have keep aware of the children behavior and not try to pull the alarm.

I remember what happened to me since I was little by age 5 or 6 years old that I got pull the fire alarm at the hotel room near Disney World property. My father got mad at me. He push me in the room. Then he close the curtains.
