If you have just two hours, in my opinion it is too tight to go to FCT. There is no point to go there just to stay 30 minutes or so. Better stay a little longer in FCL A, which is still very quiet and comfortable, you can have great food, great shower facilities, etc. I would definitely go to FCT if you have at least 3 hours.
Just in case you want to try it anyways, you do not have any other check point going there. Just a 10-15 minutes walk after passport control, partially outside the terminal. Once (it was snowing and I was with family) I took a taxi to get there, they have to drive all around the terminals to drop you. Both FCL and FCT are a world apart from all other lounges I have experienced. LH may have an average First class cabin (except 380 which is great), but the care and attention for First class passengers is second to none.
