Just about every interaction you already have with DL is being recorded. Phone calls to RES? Security cameras throughout the terminal? Not sure why companies/cops/TSA always get p***** off when individuals are recording them, but their institutions make a habit of recording individuals. It's all a power play.
Sure, but for different reasons and they tell me "this call may be monitored for quality reasons" "security cameras in use"
In this instance they recorded her without telling her - would piss me off, just saying.
