One of my questions at the live chat (none got through to be actually asked mind you) was when we could expect UAL.com to actually be updated to represent the current rules (and the TG100% was my specific example).... sigh..... I would have hoped that UAL.com would change on the day the change came into effect not 6+ months later....
Maybe one of our United friends reading this board will take up the challenge of lobbying ual.com to get up to date and stay there...
