One BP for a "direct" flight

Of all the flying I've done, this is a new one for me since I usually don't take "direct" flights to get more miles. I'm on a "direct" flight tomorrow that makes a stop in PHX. No change of planes is required. When I checked in online, only one BP printed out. The BP only lists the origin and destination, but not PHX. I assume that the BP can be scanned again if I get off the plane in PHX?

On a different note, (which I probably won't have time for) what would happen if I went ground side and I had to clear security again? Would the TSA let me through since the BP doesn't list PHX as the origin?
