The folks in charge do not care and there is no accountability. Period. And that is not going to change. There is absolutely no motivation to change. It has been pretty clear from early on that this is not an organization that takes pride in itself and its mission. The top boys collect their fat paychecks and the really top boys are busy lining up their post-government positions at the private sector security trough (like Chertoff). The folks on the bottom are clearly generally satisfied or they would be lobbying for changes.
The only changes they express interest in are the changes pax could make so that the TSOs job is less burdensome (like, why not just take the train if you're going to insist on travelling with a breast prosthesis or diaper or ostomy bag).
Not disagreeing. Yet just tossing out that those appear to be the current xFSD leadership names, so if anyone wanted to be prepared for next time, more power to them.
And yes, the current culture does appear to be one of power, and not growth. Yet just offering what data/info I can, for the operational challenges we face.
