747 - HiJ. Bulkhead seats 33A/K are blocked (per Expert Flyer) as are 33EF. The rest of the row is completely open. Any reason for A/K being blocked? I can understand that 33EF are blocked as it is a basinet position... but why A/K?

Also, at what point can GCH reserve 33A/K? Is it T-72?
