Wow....

I feel so bad for you. I'm guessing there were no taxis at Howard Beach because I would think you would have taken one. I've never been to Howard Beach and after reading this thread, I plan NOT to go there but instead continue with Jamaica. The PA handled all of this terribly especially that bus driver who said he wasn't "told" to take you to the terminals even though the Airtrain had been suspended. Is the PA management that inept or is he a mere liar who was lazy? Pick one.

Next time from JC...take the PATH to 33rd, walk one block to Penn and take the LIRR to Jamaica. PATH to the E seems too time consuming.
