Very sad news. The EXP agents in Dublin are some of the most knowledgable and capable agents that I have come accross. Given the few number of people who seem to answer at the EXP desk, I really felt that I had a more personal relationship with a few of them (who would seem to remember me). I am so sorry for the job losses and I am also sorry for the inevitable reduction in service standards.
